Microsoft thinks the files on your computer are less safe than random web pages you visit on the Internet

Ever since Microsoft lost the lawsuit with Eolas handling video content in Internet Explorer has been unpredictable. Strangely, we’ve found that content that runs fine off a web site, generates all sorts of warnings when you run it off your hard drive. How Microsoft could think that your hard drive is less safe than a random web site, is completely baffling.

Feedburner’s Actions Now Make Sense…

Feedburner was purchased by Google. The fact that Feedburner had recently been promoting how to make sure you control the subscriptions to your feeds (rather than Feedburner controlling them), now makes sense - they knew Google was going to purchase them and that some of their customers may not like Google knowing everything about their feeds.
