We just updated the look and feel of the 160,000+ page medical thesaurus that was originally put on our site last Spring. In the process we added AdSense to the pages to monetize them and more enhancements are planned for the future.

Google Webmaster Tools’ new geo-targeting feature can be used to geo-target multiple sections on the same web site. The basic idea is to set up multiple sub-sites in GWT, and then geo-target each of those sub-sites. The limitation is that each sub-site must be completely contained in its own directory.
