I managed to botch the launching of over 166,000 pages, and GoogleBot just dealt with it…

We’re embarking on a rather challenging test today - adding 166,000+ pages to slicksurface.com when it only has 185 pages currently. Google says we shouldn’t do it, but we’re doing it anyway…

Old domains that have clean histories can be incredibly powerful - even if they’ve been somewhat stagnant over the years. We’re fortunate that slicksurface.com was registered in 1999 - it gives us a bit of help ranking in search engines.
