Static Content, Dynamic Presentation

If the content on your web site will not change frequently, or if you are looking for a low-cost, starter web site, then you probably need a "static" web site.

Just because the content is static does not mean that the presentation of information will be boring. "Static" web sites, like slicksurface.com, can be quite intricate and may include animation, motion, audio, and other multimedia elements.
